First American Travel didn’t start as a company — it started as one person helping a neighbour whose visa kept getting rejected for the wrong reasons. That neighbour finally got approved, told two friends, and within a year “just ask Ahmed” had turned into a waiting list.

What sets us apart was never marketing. It was refusing to submit a file we weren’t confident in, and being honest with a client when a case needed more work before it was ready. That reputation is what took us from a single desk to a full consulting team, and eventually across the border to Dubai — following the clients who needed us on both sides.

Today the same principle runs the whole agency: every application still gets the same level of scrutiny as that very first one.
